INTRODUCING MEDICLINIC FIXED FEES

FIXED FEE PACKAGES FOR SELECT PROCEDURES

What are Fixed Fees?

A fixed fee is a set tariff that is levied for a specific procedure, and that covers the hospital costs of the planned treatment for the duration of the stay in a hospital. The fixed fee is made up of a fixed tariff for a specified number of calendar days’ stay, referred to as the length-of-stay cap (the usual admission period for set procedure) and a daily per diem charge for additional days of treatment beyond the length-of-stay cap, if required.

The fixed fee packages cover a range of diagnostic and surgical procedures.
